In Feb 2002 myself, husband, and our two small children bought our first home which we loved and lived there for two years. When we decided we wanted to move to another neighborhood a co-worker of mine talked to us, we suggested a price so low (which at the time we didn’t know) she said she would buy our home. Later we started researching the prices of homes in our neighborhood and felt undersold.
On the day of closing she was unable to buy our home, this turned out for the better.
